1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company and country. When a panel activates, we record the server instance ID, hostname, public IP and panel version for license enforcement and support.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. AnitaPanel does not store full card numbers. Invoice records may contain transaction identifiers and billing status.

3. How we use data

We use account and license data to operate licensing, deliver updates, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Server data

Website files, databases, DNS records and backups remain on your server. The central service does not access them. Support access requires your explicit permission.

5. Cookies

The customer portal and panel use secure session cookies and CSRF cookies. They are required for authentication and do not track you across unrelated websites.

6. Retention

Account, license and invoice records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting requirements. Server bindings can be removed from the customer area.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Network traffic to the customer portal and licensing API should use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; report vulnerabilities to support@anitapanel.com.
